I have never had any issues with Sam's Club until today. I placed an order for pick up, checked in at 5:45 and it's now 6:40 and I STILL have not received my order. I went inside to see if they were running behind or what was going on..... they said they were getting it together (12 items) but still have yet to come out. After this I will never do another pick up order. Waining and hour is insane.

It's a good Sams and the Scan and Go app is convenient but it always has a really long line to exit. I don't understand why it takes so long to check as people leave. Waiting 5-10 minutes after checking out to be inspected should not be the norm.

Genuinely how is it that I cannot trust your employees to make sure that they do not send out a bag of apples with a literal rotten apple in it, when im trusting you to do you to pick out my groceries? This is the second time ive done delivery and have received a bag of apples with a ROTTEN apple in it. Editing it because I just went through the entire bag to clean the rest and found not only was there ONE rotten apple in the bag. But yall really send me a 4lb bag of apple and nearly HALF the bag are rotten. Yall suck. And I hope you get shut down. This is insane that you treat people's groceries like this.

I guess this is my favorite place to buy chicken salad because it's the best tasting one that I have found anywhere. My wife loves it so much that I have to get 2 containers at a time. I also picked up a case of Bai drinks that were $5 off per case.

Recently went to our local Sam’s Club in Newport News, VA. We purchase the Angus Beef Tenderloins for $56.05 on March 29, 2026. This cut of meat was processed on March 28th and use or freeze by 4/2/26. Today on 4/1/26 we decided to take this meat out of the refrigerator and cook them up. Upon opening the package there was a stench and dark spots on the cut of meat (see pictures). I called the local Sam’s Club to get this resolved. The lady on the phone was able to see our purchase history after some time and refunded us the purchase. I’m thankful for her help but still this meat is questionable on how many other cuts of meat out there are spoiled and no one actually calls in.
